How the scrum project works:
What is scrum?
What is Scrum? Scrum is a simple process used for agile software development. It projects progress via a series of iterations called sprints. Each sprint is typically 2-4 weeks long and sprint planning is essential. While an agile approach can be used for managing any project, Scrum is ideally suited for projects with rapidly changing or highly emergent requirements such as we find in software development.
Our Project: BYU-I Speed dating. We are creating this speed dating event which will run on a beta phase for the first week and then we will have our sprint review to modify and see incremental growth and changes.
We create an avenue where singles can meet and mingle and socialize. Our job is just to facilitate the process and not necessarily taking responsibility for the match making of individuals who may attend.
